Backcountry ski leasing

We are the leading ski leasing shop for backcountry skis in the holiday region Gitschberg Jochtal. We provide all equipment for ski mountaineering in our ski depot and ski rental: Ski boots, backcountry skis with bindings and poles. The most important part of any good ski rental is a professional service. We advise on all matters, be it the choice of the most fitting material or tips regarding the area or possible tours.

An especially popular event is a nocturnal climb with backcountry skis to the "Dance of the Vampires" that takes place in the mountain restaurant Jochtal every Tuesday from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m. – true disco fever at 2,000 meters above sea level. Those a little less ambitious can also use the cable car to get there. Starting point for this adventure is the ski rental Leitner – from there you climb the slope to the mountain station. During this time of day no snow cats are circulating, so safety is ensured.
